Returns & Replacements Policy – Karnataka Store

At Karnataka Store, we strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations. However, in rare cases where issues occur, our Returns & Replacements Policy provides clarity on when and how products can be returned or replaced.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.

  • You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (electronics, clothing, or accessories).

  • Return/ damage/exchange /replacement request must be raised in 3 days

  • Once receive the request for return /damage/ exchange/ replacement we will delivery new product in 7 business days
  • Refund will be credited in 5 -7 business to the original bank account

⚠️ Returns/replacements are not accepted for reasons such as “no longer needed” or “change of mind.”


2. Mandatory Proof – Open Box Video

To be eligible, you must provide an Open Box Video recorded at the time of delivery:

  • Start recording before opening the sealed package.

  • Clearly show the outer package, shipping label, and the entire unboxing process.

  • Show the defect/damage/incorrect product clearly in the same video.

⚠️ Without this uninterrupted proof, returns or replacements cannot be processed.


3. How to Request a Return/Replacement

You must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us:

Provide the following:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Open Box Video evidence


4. Verification & Approval

Once we verify your request:

  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement of the product OR

  • Approve a return pickup and issue a refund (if replacement is not available).


5. Refund & Replacement Timeline

  • Replacements will be dispatched within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days via:

    • Cashfree Payment Gateway (for online payments).

    • Bank Transfer/UPI (for COD orders).


6. Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items

The following are not eligible:

  • Products without valid Open Box Video proof.

  • Products returned without prior approval.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For damaged/incorrect products, Karnataka Store will cover the shipping cost.

  • For unauthorized returns, the package will not be accepted.
