To process any return or refund request, you must:

• Record a clear “Open Box” video from the moment you receive the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked.

• The video must clearly show:

  • Package condition upon delivery

  • Shipping label

  • The process of unboxing

  • The damaged/incorrect product

Without this uninterrupted unboxing video, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

3. Process for Returns & Refunds

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

• Products without an open box video proof

• Products returned without prior approval

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

• For damaged or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be covered by Karnataka Store.

• In all other cases, returns are not accepted.
